When I close my eyes
I can see you in my mind

Intent
If it is good and balanced you will never feel spent
with great focus of it you can manifest a teepee or any type of tent
or manna innate in all beings, the power that can build an ungodly tower
or something that offers a great shower
where everyone rids inhiition and gets wet
hot in the sun soaking int eh Vitamin D
becomming like a currency and giving energy
a simple smile calms and brings 1 or 10 together
from there where they go is no measure
wandering in a garden in a park caring for wildlife passing seeds
for beautiful blue birds chirping and burping
all the children there laughing
even though some were really ill
for moments fishing they forget and enjoy the thrill of a catch
when onto a salmon they latch
not much strength but enough to reel in food like a hawk getting back home to it's baby that has done a hatch

Picking of Nature

Searching for the essence nature can be done in many ways. Part of it is simply being in the bush picking blackberries, the other eating the fruit or making tea with leafs. That's right, you can pick a lot of blackberry leaves, making sure to avoid the prickles, then dry them to later use in teas. Some natives of America even ate the raw shoots of thimbleberry! Another amazing thing is pine, using virtually any type you can make tea of it after chopping the needles as short as 1cm or shorter put it in recently boiled water & let it steep for half an hour or more for it's vitamin A & C goodness. With white pine you can eat the greens raw & in early spring look for nuts in the cones, a great sexual food! Look for Chickweed too for it has pretty little white flowers & is very refreshing & soothing once you eat all you pick. Garlic & field mustards are packed with nutrition ranging from zinc to vitamin A & Omega fatty acids great for protecting the nervous system & promote clear thinking. Red clover is a feminine plant with many phytonutrients & calcium in it. It is more like a pink color than red & you can eat all of the plant if you wish! Pineapple weed is a very sour one so try for a bit of the lime green plant in a disturbed area or by the roadside. Thyme is a wild herb that grows in cracks & is a beautiful purple color once it blooms similar to lavender. Figleafs are edible & have lots of nutrients like potassium, fiber, calcium etc. & is similar to a bay leaf with many antioxidants. Sheepsorrel is a sour plant that is very tasty, remember all the herbs i've mentioned here shall be washed before used in a salad, eaten raw etc. Shepherds purse is like dandelion yet more bitter so beware! Dandelion flower is lovely as it gives you a small high as there is a lot of life-force in flowers! Roses are all edible too and very sweet both in aroma & taste. Rosehips are like eating berries too if you eat the outside then use the seeds on the inside to make a tea. With all these suggestions & directions always start with a little bit of herbs to ingest then if you feel ok keep going from there. There are only plants i've picked above the 49th parallel so imagine the oportunity!

Hotspring the King
coming from Ki-Earth the heat rises
more energy enticing beyong anyone's surmises
it's like bubbling surprises
as we slip in we unify with the earth's waters
her's too that's unique as connection occurs
vegetation & fruit all around including garlic :P mustard
we taste eachother & share as ascending together with the healing steam
